George Lodge International has finally made the move and we have gone under construction in our conference room.

George Lodge International has finally made the move to upgrade our conference room. The construction has finally started.

Our Venue and our reliability has not changed at all but our venue has gone for a new facelift and we are taking out the old and putting in the new.

For those of you that have been in our venue or have viewed our photos you will see the difference we have made, but for those of you new to our venue we would like to take this time in showing you the transformation of our venue.

We have taken out the wooden flooring and lifted up the outer balconies flooring to give more space for you and your delegates and once all of the alterations have been completed we will lay down our new carpet and be open for success.

It seems I have forgotten to say that our venues door has also been moved so when u open the door to our new venue you will now be greeted with the rich aroma smell of coffee while enjoying the new luxurious venue.

That’s right we have gone all out to make our venue once again one of the best venues to be found in George.

Keep posted on the updates of our venue.

Expedia Group Conference @ George Lodge International.

8 03 2010

George Lodge International once again held a successful event this time the event was held for Expedia Group.

Diego Lofeudo Regional Director of Market Management EMAF, Berthold Holly Head of Media Solutions and Ross Kata Market Manager Africa were the facilitators for the event. They focused on Online Travel, Revenue Management, looked at the future of online travel and discussed the World Cup pre and post.

They also shared information and facts on how the market is performing in Southern Africa for Expedia and provided the delegates with a better understanding of Expedia and how they can work together to maximize their revenue online.

The Guests were all served with Coffee/ Tea and juice and were presented with the most enjoyable platters filled with Sandwiches, Biltong, Savoury pastries and so much more.

The time spent with the Expedia group was an exciting and adventurous one including making a trip to the Doctors to see if one of them had Malaria but not even this takes away the passion they have for Tourism and finding out the needs of their clients to serve the visitors while ensuring that their site is easy to use.

I Thank Expedia group for making use of our conference venue and look forward in hosting them again.
